Bostech's library of LINCs includes:
- SMTP - Facilitates sending outbound messages via e-mail from the engine. The SMTP LINC supports multiple e-mail recipients, as well as attachments.
- POP3 - Allows e-mail messages to be retrieved from an e-mail server and delivered into the engine as a data message. The POP3 LINC can also retrieve and save attachments.
- JDBC - Provides capabilities for performing database operations through XML messages. Any database that has an available JDBC driver is supported.
- XSL - XML data is transformed using an XSLT style sheet. The XML data can be in a file or a data message. The resulting document can either be saved to a file or returned as a data message.
- File Reader/Writer - A framework for advanced file processing with configurable failure recover that includes pre-built handling of files containing new line terminated records, XML data and Hierarchical data. Handlers are included to handle common file layouts and the handler API is also provided so custom file formats can be added without starting from scratch.
- FTP Get/Put - Enhanced FTP support for sending and receiving files with improved fault tolerance, flexibility, scalability, and error handling versus "standard" FTP implementations.
- Web Services - Allows the engine to interact with web servers for message receipt and delivery. Facilitates exposing interfaces as standards-compliant Web Services.
- Server Monitor - An engine-independent process that provides monitoring and alerting services for an unlimited number of engine instances. Features a table-driven utility for identifying the engine instances to be monitored.
